 Meet Your Coach, Tracey-Ann

Ever since I was a little girl in Tennessee, I knew I wanted to stand out and make a real difference. I bounced between career paths - from acting to writing, but I finally felt at home when I discovered energy healing.

I started out by offering beta sessions to friends, family members, and eventually a BIPOC Manifestation group - and it blew up. I was booked out for a month and a half and finally started charging for my work.

In our sessions, we didn't just talk about healing, but about thriving. By leveraging their astrological Big 3, we discovered what made each woman unique and how she could leverage it in her professional and personal life. 

The transformations were phenomenal. Not only did these women start to see themselves differently, but they also started to live differently, more aligned with who they truly were. After I concluded the sessions, I did a follow-up survey. One hundred percent of the women experienced deeper clarity, and the majority of which also drastically changed their careers.

That's why I created Soul-Centered Success. I wanted to create a space for WOC to build up a healthy mindset, have work-life balance, and create their business as I had - guided by my strengths, passions and purpose.
